I just completed a tele-med appointment with Dr. Siegel, and Erica checked me in beforehand and then checked me out afterwards. As always, she was friendly and patient and helpful. She not only got me squared away for my visit with Dr. Siegel, but she also was able to pinpoint a billing discrepancy for me. [The system was showing that I owed $10 but I didn’t know why, so Erica checked all my visits/bills and correctly explained why I still had that $10 as unpaid.]
Your people in the office continue to make my visits [in person or virtual] enjoyable. So, I didn’t want to leave Erica out because she is very much deserving of recognition.
